ELECTRONIC MUSIC DUO, CHASE & STATUS, JOIN SPEAKER LINE-UP FOR BPI AGM

20 June, London - Award-winning and platinum-selling electronic music duo, Chase & Status, are the latest creators to be added to the line-up of speakers at BPI's AGM, announced the music trade body today.

The duo, Will Kennard and Saul Milton, will join the music industry's annual get-together on Tuesday 3rd July at BAFTA to discuss how to turn creative ideas into success in the digital age.

Known as producers, writers and musicians, BRIT Awards nominees Chase & Status have been described by Pharrell Williams as "the most exciting producers in the UK today" and are considered by Rihanna to be the "backbone" of her 2009 album Rated R. Chase & Status were one of the biggest selling artists in the UK in 2011 selling over 1 million singles in the UK alone. Their album No More Idols stayed in the Top 40 of the Official Album Chart for 35 weeks and has gone on to achieve double platinum status.
